Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, the band moved to LA and became some sort of local sensation on the area's garage scene. Timothy Gassen tells in his Knights of Fuzz book that he met the members once and asked where they took inspiration from, to wich they replied "Curious George", and that one of the band members said "If you've ever made a monkey noise in your life, you'll like this album", and that's exactly what you find in it, pure insanity, nonsense, fuzz, fuzz and fuzz, lyrics talking about the usual (girls, cheating, freaks and monkeys) on the rawest way, or, in one single word, fun.
